Beef Story

Almost all of the United States is involved in the cattle producing industry. The states with greatest annual beef production are: Texas, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Beef production represents the largest single segment of American agriculture. In fact, USDA says more farms are classified as beef cattle operations (35%) than any other type.
