U.S. Beef Master Class Co-organized by Kaylani Food Center & JCA

The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) organized a special U.S. Beef workshop on August 11, 2025, at Kaylani Food Center dedicated to the new members of the Jordanian Chefs Association.

The theoretical aspect was presented by Ms. Lina Kanaan whereas the technical half was led by Chef Mario Aoun.

Chefs and sales executives explored U.S. deli meats like pastrami & roast beef, learning how their natural structure, rich flavor, and fewer additives make them perfect for sandwiches, salads, and protein-packed snacks.
Hands-on sessions with Rib Eye & Tenderloin gave participants practical skills in trimming, portioning, and cooking premium cuts — showcasing why U.S. Beef is the gold standard in quality and taste.

The workshop served not only as a technical training but also as a platform for chefs to deepen their understanding of ingredient quality and versatility, strengthening their culinary skills and knowledge base.

To conclude the event, attendees were awarded certificates of participation recognizing their commitment to excellence and marking the successful completion of this specialized training experience.
