On July 20, 2024, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), co-organized with the Egyptian Chefs Association, a U.S. Beef Workshop on Butchering & Cookery Skills for 25 culinary students of Nahdet Misr in October Sixth City. One of the best ways of learning is by doing, especially for younger generations who rely on practical experiences. USMEF has been and is still investing in the next generation of consumers and culinary professionals by providing hands-on beef education from pasture to plate.
