An American Beef BBQ Promotion was combined with the Award Ceremony concluding the U.S. Beef Young Chefs Challenge competition to announce winners and distribute trophies, prizes and certificates. The BBQ promotion featured six U.S. beef cuts prepared in different ways to show versatility of U.S. beef and the availability of new cuts such as flank and short ribs. American Foods Group International Sales Director Mr. Keith Obermiller attended the promotions accompanied by Mr. Ghassan Khoury, owner of AFG local distributor Georges & Sami Khoury & Co. who has thankfully contributed U.S. beef for the BBQ promotion.
