USMEF completed six days of U.S. beef product demonstration, live grilling and tastings at two of Spinneys flag stores in Lebanon – Hazmieh & Jnah branches. The sizzle and smell of grilled U.S. beef was alluring to Spinneys shoppers. U.S. beef live cooking stations were very impressive and eventful promotion platforms where high quality facts about U.S. beef were communicated with consumers. The availability of beef alternative cuts from U.S. suppliers such as Tri Tip, brisket, chuck roll, flank and clod was brought up and emphasized to those shoppers who are interested in buying U.S. beef.
