Chilled U.S. beef steaks and burgers were grilled and sampled by crowds of consumers with a majority of families who frequent Cozmo supermarket. In addition to rib eye, tenderloin, and striploin, shoppers had the opportunity to taste U.S. smoked brisket professionally prepared by Head Chef Lubna Alamat and Head Butcher Chef Ziad Muasher. All consumers with no exception commented impressively about the taste and tenderness of U.S. beef grilled and offered for tasting. The quality aspects, cooking techniques and methods applicable to each U.S. beef cut were thoroughly explained to participants. Housewives appreciated receiving recipe booklets that featured cooking details and versatile dishes prepared with the promoted cuts.
