FIRE & FEAST – A LIVE AMERICAN BEEF BBQ WORKSHOP

The first of its kind FIRE & FEAST LIVE AMERICAN BEEF BBQ WORKSHOP was organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation and their representative Agri Marketing in Tal Al Rumman – Jordan on Friday, October 29th, 2021. The interest and participation of Jordanian BBQ amateurs was beyond expectation. Fifty five passionate “BBQers” gathered up for a learning and challenging experience. After exploring, with The Butcher & The Chef, a wealth of information about Quality, Marbling, Taste & Flavor in five U.S. beef cuts: Brisket, Bottom Sirloin Flap, Striploin, Tomahawk, and Ribeye, the group gained new barbequing, grilling and smoking skills in practical culinary applications. U.S. beef know-how and hands-on came together under one roof at Badia Grills Farm.
