A two-day U.S. Beef “Train, Cook & Dine Program” kicked off at Luminus Technical University College in Amman, Jordan where culinary students learned the basics of cooking a variety of U.S. Beef cuts with head butcher Ziad Muashar and head chef Lubna Alamat. Young chefs received certificates at the end of the program as a token of appreciation to their participation and good learning skills.
