Ingredients:
· 1 kale
· 500g. U.S. Beef Tenderloin
· 1 cup fresh mushroom
· 1 bell pepper
· 1 cup boiled beetroot
· ½ cup cherry tomato
· ¼ cup walnuts
· ¼ cup strawberry
· 3 tbsps. lemon juice
· 4 tbsps. olive oil
· Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Dip the kale in boiling water for a few seconds then put it on the plate.
Grill U.S. Beef Tenderloin until cooked.
Chop mushroom, cherry tomato, strawberries, bell pepper, and boiled beetroots. Combine U.S. Beef Tenderloin and vegetables. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice and garnish with walnuts.
