"Bruschetta" with mushrooms and U.S. beef chuck roll

Ingredients:

·      450g mushrooms

·      4 tbsp cooking cream

·      3 tbsp olive oil

·      3 garlic cloves

·      1/4 cup parsley

·      4 tbsp cream cheese

·      A pinch of black pepper

·      pinch of salt

·      1 "baguette"

·      U.S. Beef chuck roll, minced

·      Lemon slices for garnish

·      Rosemary sprig for garnish

Preparation:

Sautee minced U.S. Beef chuck roll with the garlic in olive oil.

Chop the baguette bread and toast it in a pan with olive oil.

Add mushrooms, salt, cooking cream, and parsley to the meat mixture and leave on the fire for some minutes until the cooking cream is cooked.
