Classic Cheese U.S. Beef Burger

Ingredients:

Ground beef: Chuck/Brisket for the perfect balance of flavor and juiciness.

Preparation:

1. Divide the Beef

•For standard-sized patties, use (170-225g) of beef per patty.


2. Shape the Patties

•Gently form the ground beef into a round patty about 2cm thick.

•Avoid overworking the meat to keep the texture tender.

•Press a small indentation in the center with your thumb to prevent puffing during cooking.


3. Season Generously

•Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides right before cooking to avoid drawing out moisture prematurely.


4. Grilling

•Preheat grill to medium-high heat (250°C).

•Cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness (internal temp: 60°C).

•Add cheese during the last minute if desired. (Cheddar/swiss)

Dash of sriracha
