Ingredients:
Dough:
300g butter
200g flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tbsps. water
Filling:
2 cups cooking cream
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. starch
Pinch of white pepper
Sprinkle of French herbs
250g U.S. beef striploin
5 pcs. mushroom
300g Mozzarella cheese
200g Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Dough:
Put softened butter in a medium-sized bowl. Add flour, salt and the egg. Knead well while adding water as needed to get a soft and cohesive dough.
In the meantime, cut U.S. beef striploin into thin slices. Grill it and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Filling:
Put the cream in a bowl. Add the egg, salt, starch, white pepper and French herbs. Mix well.
Spread the dough in a tart pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for 7 minutes. Take out the baked dough from the oven. Distribute the grilled striploin slices and fresh mushrooms. Spread the cream mixture and cover with shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven at 180°C until cooked and cheese is golden brown. Garnish with french herbs and chili pepper and serve.
