Ingredients:
500g U.S. Beef striploin
½ cup of red cabbage
1 Onion
Cup of cream
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white spice
Preparation:
Add butter to a pan until it melts.
Cut U.S. beef striploin meat, add it to be fried in the same pan over low heat.
Then add onions, red cabbage and blueberries, fry and stir well with cream, salt and spices until boiling.
Garnish with chilli and thyme leaves.
