Thirty Jordanian ladies gathered for a hands-on U.S. beef cooking and dining experience at the Orthodox Club in Amman. They explored the best methods for choosing and cooking U.S. Beef Steaks at home.
Organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation and led by expert Jordanian Head Butcher, Ziad Muasher and Head Chef, Lubna Alamat, the cooking class introduced U.S. beef Tenderloin, Rib Eye and Flat Iron steaks.
In addition to engaging in this learning opportunity, everyone attending shared a U.S. beef lunch buffet and received certificates of participation.
