The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) marked a distinguished presence at HACE Food Hub, a space dedicated for knowledge sharing, insightful sessions, and dynamic discussions. The educational hub brought together top chefs, HRI buyers, food distributors, and influencers attending HACE Expo 2024. USMEF Rep Lina Kanaan, spotlighted U.S. beef’s role in trending cuisines, with lively exchanges on culinary trends and business insights for Egypt's hospitality industry. The presentation touched on building menu concepts around alternative cuts of U.S. Beef and the myriad craveable recipes that can be developed with cuts from the round, and chuck as well as end meats to attain sustainable diets. Supported by the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service in Cairo, the event was attended by Mr. Adam Klein, Senior Agricultural Attache′ who delivered a keynote speech about the U.S. beef industry underscoring the quality and value that U.S. beef can add to food businesses and the inspiring fresh ideas and global connections it creates!
