Two Professors from the University of Nebraska, Dr. Chris R. Calkins and Dr. Galen Erickson brought knowledge and expertise to Jordanian chefs by conducting beef presentations and cutting demonstrations at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. This partnership between the U.S. Meat Export Federation and the Nebraska Secretary of State Bob Evenen highlighted the Enhanced Productivity, Meat Quality, Environmental Footprint and Creating High-Value Uses for Low-Cost Beef Cuts.
