U.S. Beef Master Classes, organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation was held at Ammoun Applied University College in Jordan, visual and hands-on trainings were offered for fourty five BA Culinary students by beef experts, Head Butcher, Ziad Muasher, and Head Chef, Lubna Alamat. Keen on giving this educational opportunity to ambitious future chefs in different kinds of U.S. Beef cuts with the presence of Senior Agricultural Attaché Elizabeth Mello and Senior Agricultural Specialist Jordan Mohamed Khraishy.
The U.S. Beef master class ended by handing out certificates for the participants.
