Ingredients:
100g Zucchini
100g Carrots
100g Potato
100g Tomato
2 corn cobs
100g Onion
100g ginger
50g garlic
Pinch of hot spices
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
500g U.S. Beef chuck roll
100g fresh mushroom
Preparation:
Cut U.S. Beef Chuck roll and add to the crock pot with vegetables, garlic and ginger.
Add to them olive oil, spices, salt, estragon, mixed herbs and mix well to be put in the oven at 200C for an hour and a half.
Serve in a hot pot.
