Ingredients:
· 300g. U.S. Beef Ribeye steak
· 2 tortilla bread
· 5 tbsps. canned pizza sauce
· 1 can mushroom
· 1 bell pepper (any color)
· 1 zucchini
· 1 eggplant
· 1 tomato
· Pinch of salt
· 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
Spread the pizza sauce on the tortilla. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes.
Add mozzarella cheese and put in the oven at 180⁰C.
Grill U.S. Beef Ribeye steak on a grill until cooked. Cut the meat into strips and add it to the pizza.
