Ingredients:
· ½ kg U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, finely Minced
· ½ kg U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, coarsely minced
· 1 Lulu lettuce
· 2 tomatoes
· 4 whole pickles
· ½ cup mayonnaise
· 1tsp. mustard
· pinch of black pepper
· 3 potato wedges
· 10 burger buns
Preparation:
In a bowl combine U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, finely Minced, and U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, coarsely minced with salt and black pepper. Shape them into disks and grill them on the grill.
Deep fry the potato wedges.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and mustard with salt and black pepper.
On the burger bun put some sauce, with lettuce leaf, tomato slices, pickles, and a piece of meat. Serve alongside the potatoes.
