U.S. Beef Chuck Roll Spring Rolls with Vegetables

Ingredients:

·      20 spring roll wrappers

·      300g. U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, minced

·      1 onion

·      1 tsp. ginger

·      2 carrots

·      2 zucchinis

·      ½ cup mushrooms

·      3 tbsps. olive oil

·      Pinch of salt

·      Pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

In a skillet with olive oil sauté onions, carrots, fresh ginger, zucchini, and mushrooms.

Add minced U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, and stir until cooked.

Stuff the spring roll wrappers with the filling and Deep fry.
