Ingredients:
· 6 artichokes
· 1 can mushroom
· 2 carrots
· 4 tbsps. olive oil
· 3 tbsps. butter
· 2 tbsps. flour
· 3 garlic cloves
· ¼ cup fresh coriander
· 1 l. chicken stock
· 1 kg. U.S. Beef Chuck Roll
· Pinch of salt
· Pinch of black pepper
· 2 cups white rice
Preparation:
In a saucepan saute garlic, carrots, and frozen artichokes in olive oil. Cut the U.S. Beef Chuck Roll into squares and add to the pan Stir a little, add the mushrooms and coriander. Stir in flour, add meat stock and salt, stir slightly, and simmer until cooked. Served with white rice.
