U.S. beef mansaf with oriental rice

Ingredients:

·       3 tbsp ghee

·      2onions

·      Dried lime

·      2 bay leaves

·      Cinnamon stick

·      300g minced U.S. beef chuck roll

·      teaspoon cinnamon

·      1 tsp all spices

·      4 cups American rice

·      1.5kg U.S. beef ribeye

·      3 tbsp butter

·      3 tbsp flour

·      6 cups meat broth

 For decoration:

. cashews

·      almonds

·      pistachios

Preparation:

In a saucepan melt the ghee and vegetable oil and saute the onion, dried lime, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Add the minced U.S. beef chuck roll and stir until the color changes. add salt, ground cinnamon, and all spices. Add American rice, stir well, and add water. Put some ghee on top. Cook on the fire until the rice is cooked.

Place U.S. beef ribeye in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and stir. Add ground cinnamon, all spices, black pepper, and beef stock with constant stirring. Leave on the fire until it thickens.

In a frying pan, fry the cashews, almonds, and pistachios in vegetable oil, until they change color.

Serve rice with grilled U.S. beef ribeye and garnish with nuts.
