U.S. Beef Chuck Roll Meatloaf with Mushroom Filling

Ingredients:

·      U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, minced

·      Pinch of salt

·      Pinch of pepper

Filling:

·      1 onion

·      4 garlic cloves

·      2 cups fresh mushroom

·      Butter

·      Olive oil

·      Pinch of salt

·      Pinch of pepper

·      1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

In a skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, mushrooms, salt, and black pepper in olive oil until they change color.

In a bowl mix the minced U.S. Beef Chuck Roll with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Spread the meat on parchment paper, stuff with filling and mozzarella cheese, and roll well in foil. Bake at 180°C until cooked.
