Recipe description:
A soup must have on the dining table.
Ingredients:
1.5L Beef stock
150g U.S. Beef Chuck Roll
200g Chopped onion
Pinch of Parsley
Pinch of Ground Musk
Mixed Aromatic seasonings
50g medium grain rice (Egyptian)
15g garlic clove
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
Preparation:
Slice U.S. beef chuck roll and grind finely in food processor with onions, parsley, salt and white pepper. In a stockpot, bring beef stock to a boil. Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry chopped onions and fine garlic. Form meat mixture into balls or small chunks. Fry it until golden brown. Pour fried meat over beef stock. Add rice and simmer while stirring occasionally until rice is well done and soup thickened. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and ground musk.
Garnish “Qeema” soup with chopped parsley and serve with crackers or crouton as desired.
