Ingredients:
500g U.S. Beef Chuck Roll
200g pasta
1 cup cashews, raw
¼ cup “Pesto” sauce, bottled & ready to use
¼ cup fennel
3 tbsps. olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
Boil pasta in water with a pinch of salt.
Cut U.S. beef chuck roll into cubes. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and garlic. Stir-fry beef cubes till it starts to brown. Season with fennel and pesto sauce. Add boiled pasta and mix until all ingredients combine well.
Serve with Parmesan cheese and cherry tomatoes on top.
