U.S. Beef Striploin Puff Pastry

Ingredients:

Dough:

1 pack Puff pastry dough

1 tbsp French herbs

1kg U.S. Beef striploin

2 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:

1 cup Cooking cream

2 spoons mustard

1 spoon herbs


Preparation:

In a bowl, place U.S. Beef Striploin and season with mustard, herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper and estragon.

Grill the meat for a very short time, then put it on a tray and into the oven at a temperature of 200C until it is three-quarters done.

Meanwhile, roll the puff pastry dough out onto the table with a sprinkle of flour.

Remove the meat from the oven and place it inside the dough, wrap and brush the surface of the dough with fatty materials (spray oil) and enter again into the oven into the oven at 180C until done and serve with the sauce.

Sauce:

In a pot on fire, add cooking cream, mustard and herbs with a pinch of salt until boiling and serve.
