U.S. Beef Master Class at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts 2023

A group of culinary students from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts participated in a Beef master class, organized by The U.S. Meat Export Federation, where a visual presentation was held followed by training on butchering and cooking of U.S. Beef conducted by the head butcher Ziad Muasher and head chef Lubna Alamat.
