Under the roof of the prestigious Hace Exhibition at Egypt International Exhibitions Center in New Cairo, hundreds of key personalities from the hotel, restaurant, and catering industry nationwide uncovered U.S. beef engaging activities that took place from September 2 – 4, 2024.
The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) proudly organized and curated the 'U.S. Beef Perfect Steak Competition' in cooperation with the Egyptian Chef’s Association (ECA). 16 young chefs from Egypt’s finest hotels and restaurants showcased their culinary mastery in cooking U.S. beef steaks to perfection. During the one-day competition, held at a live cooking kitchen open to public and exhibitors, talented chefs crafted their signature recipes of U.S. Beef Rib Eye Steak before a distinguished panel of world chef judges. The competition concluded with an exciting awards ceremony, honoring Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners and presenting exclusive USMEF butchers’ knives to each medalist.
