The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), in collaboration with the Jordanian Chefs Association, brought together a talented group of rising young culinary talents from universities across Jordan for the U.S. Beef Young Chefs Challenge – Perfect Steak Competition 2026.
The competition began, September 22nd 2026, with an exciting day at Al Ahliyya Amman University, where young chefs put their butchery, steak-cutting, cooking, creativity, and technical skills to the test. Competing head-to-head, participants showcased their passion for the culinary arts and their ability to transform U.S. Beef into expertly prepared dishes, with the goal of securing one of six coveted spots in the finals.
Following the initial stage, six promising young chefs advanced to the finals in September 23rd, 2026 where they competed for the title of U.S. Beef Young Chefs Challenge 2026 Champion. The final competition was a true celebration of skill, precision, creativity, and culinary excellence, highlighting the talent and potential of Jordan’s emerging culinary professionals.
After an exciting competition, Ishak Al Noayrat was crowned the winner. 🏆 The award ceremony celebrated the achievements of all six finalists, with every contestant receiving a Certificate of Participation, while the top three winners were honored with medals and special gifts for their outstanding performances. 🥇🥈🥉
The event concluded with a delicious dinner prepared by The Butcher and The Chef, bringing together the contestants, organizers, and culinary professionals to celebrate the young talents, their dedication, and their passion for the culinary arts.
