The festive season of Christmas and New Year at Spinneys stores was uniquely celebrated with U.S. beef live grilling and tasting events carried out over 16 days at three major Spinneys stores in Lebanon. A team of trained chefs and presenters grilled different cuts of chilled U.S beef and offered it fresh to customers who gathered around and curiously wanted to know more about U.S. beef and its specific quality attributes. Besides tri-tip, striploin and rib eye, cuts from Angus beef chuck were ground into beef burgers, an item that is gaining significant demand after consumers started associating it with guaranteed quality and safety, thanks to USMEF promotions.
