An outdoor U.S. beef summer cooking and dining experience, organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation and lead by U.S. beef experts, “the Butcher & the Chef” - Head Butcher, Ziad Muasher, and Head Chef, Lubna Alamat.
The ladies learned all the fundamentals of cooking U.S. Beef to make the best dishes, then had the chance to apply that knowledge granting them a participation certificate.
