JCA U.S. Beef Master Class

The U.S. Meat Export Federation in coordination with the Jordanian Chef's Association, organized a U.S. Beef Master Class where new members joined to train and upgrade their skills and knowledge about different kinds of U.S. Beef cuts, how to prepare them and the safety regulations for storing meat by beef experts, Head Butcher, Ziad Muasher, and Head Chef, Lubna Alamat.
