Zucchini Gratin with U.S. Beef Tenderloin.

Ingredients:

·      5 zucchinis cut into cubes

·      2 onions

·      5 garlic cloves

·      1 can mushroom

·      2 cups mozzarella cheese

·      3 tbsps. butter

·      3 tbsps. flour

·      ¾ l. milk

·      ¼ tsp. nutmeg

·      pinch of salt

·      pinch of black pepper

·      ½ cup fresh cream

·      3 tbsps. olive oil

·      500g. U.S. Beef Tenderloin

Preparation:

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the flour, and stir a little. Add milk, stirring constantly. Add salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. When it thickens add the fresh cream.

In a saucepan saute onion, garlic, and mushroom with olive oil.

In an oven dish, put the white sauce, spread the zucchini over it, and add the onion mixture and the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until the dish is full. Place the remaining white sauce on the last layer and spread the mozzarella cheese and U.S. Beef Tenderloin strips. Bake at 180°C until cooked.
