U.S. Ribeye Steak


• Pinch of black pepper

• Pinch of salt

• 1 Cup cherry tomatoes

• 1 Cup mushrooms

• 1 Cup thyme

For the sauce

• 1 Tbsp. butter

• 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

• 1 L beef broth

• 1 Tbsp. white flour

• Pinch of salt

• Pinch of coarse black pepper

• 1 Cup fresh mushrooms

• 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

• 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce

Additional ingredients

• 5 Slices soft toast bread

• 2 Colored peppers


U.S. Ribeye is a premium quality U.S. beef, having a flavor of its own. For this reason, only season it with salt and pepper. Roast Ribeye.

To prepare the sauce, heat butter until brown. Add flour and fry until mixture takes on a brown color. Add beef broth, black pepper, mushrooms, soy sauce and barbecue sauce. Bring to a boil. Serve steak with sauce.

Toast soft bread and serve it as a starchy component with steak and vegetables.
