Supreme Soup with U.S. Beef Chuck roll Meatballs

Supreme Soup with U.S. Beef Chuck roll Meatballs, an excellent way to break your fast!


Ingredients:

150g U.S. beef chuck roll

2 tbsps. butter

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. flour

1.5L Beef stock

1 cup fresh cooking cream

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Pinch of white pepper

Pinch of cinnamon


Preparation:

In a food processor, finely mince U.S. beef chuck roll. Season with cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Form into balls; fry in a skillet and set aside.

In a saucepan over low heat, put butter with a little oil until butter melts. Add flour and blend continuously to get a white paste “roux”.

Pour beef broth over the “roux” and keep stirring until it bAdd salt, pepper and cooking cream; simmer while stirring until soup is smooth and thick.

Add fried meatballs with lemon juice and serve supreme soup hot.

Garnish with Schumer and salted cracker sticks.
