U.S. Beef Chuck Roll and Pumpkin Fatté

Ingredients:

100g pumpkin

300g U.S. beef chuck roll

4 cups yoghurt

3 tbsps. tahina

¼ cup cashew

2 tbsps. butter

Pinch of salt

1 Loaf Arabic bread

1 cup beans


Preparation:

Cut U.S. beef chuck roll into cubes. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the pumpkin and meat cubes. Stir-fry until meat is done.

In another skillet, brown cashews in butter. Stir until golden brown.

Boil the beans in another pot.

Mix yogurt with tahini. Toast bread and break it into crumbs.

Serving Method:

Put the beans in serving plate. Layer it with toasted bread, yogurt, the meat and pumpkin mixture and top it with browned cashews.
