Samosas with U.S. Beef Chuck Roll and Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 pack of spring roll dough

500g U.S. beef chuck roll

2 carrots

1 cup red cabbage

1 onion

3 pieces of zucchini

Pinch of salt

Pinch of white pepper

2 tbsps. olive oil

Pinch of curry

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of seven spices

500g Mozzarella cheese


Preparation:

Grind U.S. beef chuck roll. Finely chop the vegetables and mix with ground beef. Heat olive oil in a pan. Stir-fry beef mixture; season with curry, seven spices, black pepper and a pinch of salt. Fry until well cooked.

Spoon beef mixture over spring roll dough. Sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese. Wrap the filling tightly and grill or fry, as desired.
