The Perfect Steak Competition 2025 was organized by The U.S. Meat Export Federation in collaboration with the Jordanian Chefs Association (JCA) where young chefs challenged each other to cook the perfect steak using U.S. Beef Striploin, mix of vegetables and a blend of spices for a well-earned spot as one of the six finalists!
The semifinals concluded with Khaled Saleem, Heba Arar, Khatab Abu Spetan, Beilasan Alnemat, Ahmed Naser & Nadem Jasem going on to the final mystery box round!
On day 2 of the U.S. Beef Young Chefs Challenge, six talented finalists went head-to-head for an intense round filled with creativity and passion with a piece of U.S. Beef T-bone steak and other mystery box items where Beilasan Alnemat was declared the first-place winner of the Perfect Steak Competition 2025!
The competition was followed by an inspiring award ceremony where the first, second, and third winners were honored with trophies, certificates, and knife sets.
This unforgettable day was wrapped up with the U.S. Beef Carving & Live Grilling Banquet, featuring The Butcher’s Sliders, American Street Frank Dog Bar, Miso-Braised Short Rib Carving Station, Brisket Sliders & The B&C Specialty Brisket Station, a celebratory dinner created by The Butcher & The Chef.
