The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), in cooperation with the Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA), proudly organized the U.S. Beef Perfect Steak Competition at HACE Egypt, bringing together 18 talented chefs from leading hotels and restaurants across Egypt to showcase their culinary skills, creativity, and expertise.
Using premium U.S. Beef Ribeye as their star ingredient, contestants went head-to-head, transforming this exceptional cut into innovative steak creations while demonstrating their mastery of cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation.
The competition concluded with a special award ceremony celebrating the passion, dedication, and talent of all 18 participants. While every chef deserved recognition for their outstanding efforts, only one could claim the ultimate title of U.S. Beef Perfect Steak Champion!
