Vegetable Soup with U.S. Beef Chuck Roll

Ingredients:

·      3 tbsp olive oil

·      1 onion

·      1 carrot

·      2 tbsp celery

·      1 potato

·      300g U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, minced

·      1 zucchini

·      1/4 cup vermicelli

·      1 cup mashed tomatoes

·      1 tbsp tomato paste (tomato paste)

·      Beef broth

·      1/4 cup green peas

·      pinch of salt

·      pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté onions, carrots, celery, and potato.

In a bowl combine U.S. Beef Chuck Roll, minced with salt and black pepper. Shape into small balls and add to the soup. Add zucchinis and vermicelli.

Add beef broth, tomato paste, mashed tomatoes, green peas, and salt and black pepper. Boil until fully cooked and serve.
