Ingredients:
- 1 kg U.S. Beef chuck roll beef, cut into ½ cm cubes
- ¼ tbsp seven spices
- Pinch of dried thyme
- ¼ tbsp flour
- ¼ tbsp pepper
- ¼ tbsp salt
- ¼ tbsp garlic powder
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup eggs
- cup broccoli
- 2 portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup baby carrots
Preparation:
- Combine the meat, flour, salt, thyme and pepper in a large bowl and toss until well coated. Place the meat mixture in a 4.2 to 5.2 liters slow cooker.
- Put the chopped vegetables with the ground tomatoes, tomato paste and broth. Cover and simmer for an hour and a half until tender and serve with white rice.
