U.S. Beef Striploin Steak salad

Recipe description:

A delicious striploin steak salad is the best way to start Ramadan.

Ingredients:

1 head of Iceberg lettuce

½ head of Romaine Lettuce

10 pcs Cherry tomato

5 pcs Fresh mushroom

1 Colored bell pepper (red, yellow…)

¼ cup Raw cashew

1 cup Dried fruits

Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup Balsamic vinegar

½ cup of olive oil

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper


Preparation:

Shred the iceberg and romaine lettuce and put aside.

Chop cherry tomatoes and the rest of vegetables. Put in a bowl; mix with dried fruits and cashews. Cut the Striploin into strips. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill and place over the vegetables. Add the dressing.

Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Blend with an electric mixer. Drizzle over salad and serve.
