U.S. Beef Summer Sausages with Pasta and Broccoli

Ingredients:


• 8 U.S. Beef summer sausages, sliced

• 4 cups spiral pasta, cooked

• 2 cups broccoli florets, half-cooked

• 1 ½ cups tomato sauce

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• ½ cup green onion tops, sliced

• ½ cup orange cheddar cheese, grated

• 2 tbsp. olive oil 

• 1 tsp. oregano 

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Potato chips to serve

• Basil leaves to garnish

Preparation:


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in U.S. beef frankfurter slices until brown and cooked through. Stir in green onion, cherry tomato and tomato sauce. Cook over low heat until heated through. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Add pasta, broccoli and toss lightly to mix all ingredients. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of pasta and serve with potato chips. Garnish with basil leaves.
